The Next Step Foundation is delighted to present Diversity Gala Dinner, which this year is celebrating the EU Year of Intercultural Dialogue.

This initiative represents the two main aims of the Foundation, namely to stimulate informed, high level discussion of diversity and cultural issues and to promote real changes in the diversity policy of organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

Our guest of honour is the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, the Rt Hon David Miliband MP and our special guest, the Rt Hon Andy Burnham MP, Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.

On the night, we are appointing thirteen EU Champions, who will promote the cause of the EU Year of Intercultural Dialogue throughout the country and for the forthcoming year.

Our Champions are outstanding individuals who have achieved great things in their respective fields.
